Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm’s goal is the creation of a conservation-focused, more energy efficient, and sustainable community where residents can live, work, and play in harmony with nature.
Community Features
The Lofts at Watters Creek features Energy-Star appliances, low–e double paned windows, low VOC interior paints, sealants, and caulking, roof with a Solar Reflective Index (SRI) of 80.
R-38 attic insulation.
The swimming pool is a salt water system and our marketing center features environmentally friendly furniture made of recycled material and soy-based foam cushions.
The fitness center flooring is made of recycled tires.
Operating Practices
Use of non-toxic pest control, citrus cleaning products, compact lighting, digital programmable thermostats, non-smoking environment, and a community recycling program are all part of an on-going management and maintenance sustainability initiative by SLC Property Management Company, LLC.

Community Connectivity
The Lofts at Watters Creek is an urban experience with walking access to shopping, restaurants, and services. The Lofts is within easy walking distance to nature (wetlands, creek, trees, open areas) with direct access to biking and walking trails.
Recycling Program
The Lofts at Watters Creek will feature a recycling program which will consist of recycling the following:
Paper, plastic, steel/tin, aluminum, and unbroken glass.
A special container will be provided for residents to place recyclable items on a regular basis. |
